1st half of this session we devoted to checking in, going around the circle and hearing brief but rich shares about where everyone is at in their journeys so far.
2nd half was a guided flow with Jinju and a 33 min playlist (link below), carrying the theme of lineage, and the intention of celebration of and with our ancestors. We also carried the theme of WINGS in the spirit of this AIR Spiral.
This was a quite the magical portal that peaked with some ecstatic flow & dance... a LOT of RELEASE... and closed with a beautiful savasana.
